Chip Register is Argano’s CEO, responsible for providing end-to-end digital solutions to help clients transform business operations and optimize their competitive position.

Previously, Chip served on the Executive Board of Publicis Groupe, one of the three largest media and communications holding companies in the world, and Co-CEO of Publicis. Sapient, its digital transformation division. He joined Publicis Groupe when it acquired Sapient Corporation in 2015. At Sapient, he was CEO of Sapient Consulting, one of its two operating divisions focused on industry-led consulting and IT services.

In 2010, he was named one of the Top 25 Consultants in the World by Consulting Magazine.

Chip also serves on several Boards of Directors and Advisory Boards for companies innovating enterprise and consumer technologies and services.

Sri Ayyeppen

President

As President of Argano, Sri Ayyeppen plays a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of the company. His responsibilities include overseeing the development and execution of Argano’s commercial success, ensuring that Argano remains at the forefront of business and digital innovation. Sri is deeply involved in cultivating industry partnerships, expanding client relationships, and driving operational success across all market segments and industries. 

Before his tenure at Argano, Sri served 16 years as President and Co-Founder of Keste, were he led the development of revolutionary digital commerce and business transformation solutions, a pioneer in customer experience and commerce solutions. Sri was recognized for his leadership in the Dallas Fort Worth business community as the 2014 Dallas Business Journal’s 40 under 40, and the DBJ 2014 Minority Business Leader. He has been a finalist for Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year. Sri is a member of the YPO Dallas Gold, a prestigious community of founders and entrepreneurs. He holds a master’s degree in electrical engineering from University of Texas at Dallas and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Madras, India. 

Kent Herring

Chief Financial Officer

Kent Herring is Argano’s CFO, responsible for financial oversight of the Argano enterprise.

He possesses 30+ years of experience and a successful track record of results-driven shareholder value. His passion that technology adoption is pivotal in providing a data-driven view of the enterprise is an integral part of the Argano mission.

In his previous organization, Kent was an essential part of a rapid growth period whereby the company grew twentyfold over a six-year period. He empowered creative solutions, while balancing risk and financial exposure. Kent was recognized for leading his company through multiple acquisitions with the 2017 Caren Franzini CFO Hall of Fame Award. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.

Priya Krishnan

Chief Operations Officer

Priya Krishnan serves as Chief Operations Officer at Argano, guiding the company's global technology, processes, and people strategy. Her responsibilities focus on unified operations across the organization, ensuring that all facets work cohesively to accelerate business success. Priya's leadership is marked by a commitment to fostering a collaborative work environment and promoting sustainable business practices. Her approach is centered on integrating people, processes, and technology in a way that improves efficiency and drives operational excellence.

Beyond her role at Argano, Priya is also an advisor to a local university, where she provides guidance on integrating real-world business strategies with academic programs, preparing the next generation of leaders for the challenges of the global market. Priya holds a bachelor’s degree in human resources management from the University of Texas at Arlington. 

Jenny Hughes

Chief Culture Officer

Jenny Hughes is the Chief Culture Officer for Argano, responsible for creating a workplace ethos of innovation and inspiration.

Prior to joining Argano, Jenny managed various shared services functions during her nine-year tenure with InterRel. She has been consistently recognized for broad contributions and leadership.

Previously, she was a Professor at Grande Prairie Regional College in Alberta, Canada where she taught in the School of Business for three years.

She holds a Master of Business Administration and a bachelor's degree in accounting from Cameron University.

Charlotte McCormick

Group Business Unit President, Enterprise Technology

Charlotte McCormick serves as Argano’s Group Business Unit President for Enterprise Technology. Building on her extensive background in executive leadership and technology consulting, Charlotte oversees strategic initiatives for delivering transformative enterprise solutions that drive client success within Argano’s enterprise technology business units.

Bringing 20+ years of experience delivering business management solutions for organizations across the globe, Charlotte has a highly collaborative approach to technology consulting and solving complex challenges for clients. Her passion is leading high performing teams with an intense focus on providing value to clients through strategic and innovative implementations that leverage the entire technology ecosystem. Charlotte has experience across various industries with particular depth in manufacturing, distribution, life sciences, and automotive.  

Prior to joining Argano, Charlotte was Manufacturing Industry Business Leader at DXC Technology, and Executive Vice President at eBECS. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

Jeff Curtis

Group Business Unit President, Consulting & Cloud Solutions

Jeff Curtis serves as Argano’s Group Business Unit President for Consulting and Cloud Solutions. Building on more than twenty years of consulting experience, Jeff provides strategic direction for delivering consulting services and cloud solutions that accelerate innovation and growth for high-performance focused companies.

Prior to joining Argano, Jeff held executive leadership positions at NorthPoint Group and KBACE Technologies, a Cognizant company. As a Founding Member of Oracle’s Partner Advisory Board, Jeff has been at the forefront of Oracle application deployments, reshaping how systems integrators can meet customer needs for accelerated cloud implementations and services. Under Jeff’s leadership, KBACE won Oracle’s prestigious “Partner of the Year” honors for four years in a row and was named Global Partner of the Year in 2016.

Outside of his professional commitments, Jeff coaches youth sports for his kids' teams, and supports various philanthropic causes, including the Boys and Girls Clubs of Portland and the Achon Uganda Children’s Fund. Jeff holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from the University of Idaho.

Elizabeth Frederic

General Counsel

Elizabeth Frederic is Argano’s General Counsel, responsible for leading initiatives around corporate compliance and risk management, as well as legal oversight on all corporate and general business matters.

Prior to joining Argano, Elizabeth served as the Assistant General Counsel at Paycor, Inc. and brings with her a wealth of knowledge in all facets of building and operating a corporate legal department. This includes extensive experience in providing counsel to executive-level management on legal compliance related to sales, finance, operations, HR, data privacy and marketing, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and commercial agreements.

Patricia Summers

Global Head of Brand

Patricia Summers is the Global Head of Brand at Argano, where she leads the company's strategic brand vision and positioning as a category innovator in digital transformation services and high-performance operations. Known for her ability to create compelling brand narratives, Patricia plays a pivotal role in shaping the company's identity, driving significant market presence, and accelerating revenue growth.

With over 20 years of experience in technology marketing for both products and services companies in cloud infrastructure, enterprise software, and systems integration consulting, Patricia brings a deep understanding of how to align innovative brand initiatives with business growth and transformation across diverse industries. She most recently served as Global Head of Marketing and Customer Engagement at Oracle. Prior to Oracle, she served as the Global Head of Marketing for the Microsoft Business Applications practice at Accenture. Patricia also served as Global Marketing Director for the SAP practice at Deloitte, and as President and CEO of a boutique marketing consultancy.

Patricia holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with honors from Michigan State University and is a member of Club CMO, an exclusive community of marketing executives who are inspired to lead the future of marketing.

Patrick Noonan

Global Head of Corporate Development

Patrick Noonan is Global Head of Corporate Development at Argano, overseeing the company’s strategic investments, mergers and acquisitions (M&A). Patrick is responsible for target origination, financial due diligence on all M&A acquisition targets, management of the third-party and internal diligence teams, and negotiating acquisition purchase agreements. As an executive leadership team member, he acts as the corporate liaison for Argano’s private equity (PE) partners and manages many of the company’s investor and lender relationships.

Patrick has more than a decade of investment banking, business, and M&A experience with expertise in strategic planning. He was previously with a PE-backed technology company and Motorola’s largest global partner. While there he closed 35 acquisitions and had two successful exits to private equity firms. Previous to that, he was an investment banker focused on technology-enabled business services. Patrick holds a BBA in Finance from Texas Christian University.

Frank Schettino

Chief of Staff

Frank Schettino is Argano’s COS, responsible for being a strategic thought partner to leaders across the organization and will ensure that we are carrying out the objectives of Argano in a way that is aligned with our purpose and values.

Frank brings diverse global leadership experience in building and transforming organizations. He is a passionate and collaborative leader with strong professional skills in Executive Development, Talent Management, Coaching, Cross-functional Team Leadership, Culture and Strategy. 

Frank has spent more than 10 years volunteering with youth sports initiatives in his area.
